Michelle Summerville reports on a perfect lunch at Baku’s, Komiza.

“The food was simple, fresh, and perfect. Chilled white wine and whole grilled fish landed on our table for two, washed and scaled right in front of us in the sea. Octopus was steeped in home-made red wine, and capers, rosemary and Dalmatian olive oil stood in as solid staples in many of the authentic dishes served here.”

Baku’s has an excellent reputation but is also expensive. But so is fresh fish everywhere and their fish is as good as it gets.
