Dr. Radoslav Bužančić, Head of the Split Conservation Department, delivered his lecture to the British Croatian Society on 19th November 2014, and revealed the full extent and significance of the findings from excavating Diocletian’s Palace in recent times.
The lecture was occasioned by the 250th anniversary of the publication of Robert Adam’s exquisite book ‘Ruins of the Palace of the Emperor Diocletian at Spalatro in Dalmatia’ (1752).
