Limun.HR has reported that Zagreb-based Princeza Jadrana (Princess of the Adriatic) plans to build a chain of 12 exclusive nautical centres, stretching between Croatian islands of Brijuni on the north and Vis on the south.

This autumn (2011) the company will start working on project documentation for the initial four centres which will be located on Lastovo, Kapri, Mljet and Losinj. The plan is to have them finished by 2013.

The second stage will include Korcula, Vrgada and Dugi otok. The entire chain should be finalized in 2017 with nautical centres on Olib, Sipan, Vis, Brijuni and Hvar.

The owner is quoted as saying that the financing of Euro 350 m has already been secured without resort to loans!

The Vis project is planned for the cove Uvala Parja, adjacent to Tito's cold war submarine cave, and an outline plan can be seen here
